KMR's POLICY

We want you to genuinely love what you ordered. If something isn’t quite right, here’s everything you need to know about Returns and Exchanges. Kept simple.

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
• The KMR hang tag must remain attached to the item. If the tag has been removed, cut, or detached, we won’t be able to accept the return or exchange.
• The item must be in the same condition you received it.
• All return and exchange requests must be submitted through our Returns and Exchanges Portal.

• For regular returns and exchanges, shipping fees are covered by you.

• We do not offer cash refunds, including for orders originally paid for in cash. 
• All refunds are processed through an online payment method.
• Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received and inspected by our team.

• Returns are not accepted on sale items.

• Exchanges are still allowed on sale items, subject to availability.
